  Staff let us check in earlier than 3:00 because we mentioned we were travelling w/ parents in their 80s. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Check in and check out was quick. Room was neat and clean. Smoke free was a bonus. Liked the option of front desk having DVDs for viewing in the room. Unlike other hotels where water is a decor item w/ a ... hva folk sier » price tag around the neck, water was freely available upon asking. Definitely would recommend this hotel - We needed to be at the train station at 4 am and it was going to be a mile walk with luggage. 4 members of group were elderly and 3 were kids. One of the employees gave us a lift in the hotel van. We were 9 so it took him two trips. We appreciate the help. We liked the cookies, water bottles, and Fridays restaurant downstairs. The rest of that part of Buffalo seemed dead on a Sunday evening so it was good to have a place to eat right there.

  We had a great time. This hotels location was perfect. We walked to several local establishments and enjoyed the neighbor. When I scheduled this trip there was lots if changes and the last woman I talked to was very helpful! I told her were we wanted to go and she looked at the available hotels and recommended this one. It was great ! Also the ... hva folk sier » staff was wonderful! - I like the fact that there was a Gym and the bonus for my friends was the Walgreens ...they nmade many trips there and we even had a view of the place...by the way we had a nice view of the neighbourhoood. Even thou it was their Easter Luncheon they didn`t forget about their hotel customers.
