  I liked the fact that the hotel was very well maintained and quiet although it was located very close to the busy section of the French Quarter, which I also liked. I also liked the public parking garage that was very close by and cost much less than the hotel's price of $30 per night for parking on the premises. - Very Quiet and clean.   I loved the vibe of the hotel and the fact that it is a boutique hotel. The check in staff were very accommodating and I love the green apple touch. I helped myself to one every day. We were fascinated to hear his account of hurricane Katrina, the education system and overall economy in New Orleans. In addition he supplied us - I loved this hotel! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. I use to live in New Orleans, but this was my husband's first visit and we had a blast. The staff is very attentive and they even left a special gift in our room once they found out it was my birthday! Great location & Great modern hotel!

  I loved the staff as well as the hotel. Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to check out. Close to Bourbon and within walking distance of alot of shops. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the comfortable beds andthe ease of checking in and out.   I loved everything about the Blake Hotel. The staff was fantastic. My room was very comfortable and I felt very safe in this location. It has an onsite restaurant that serves good food and it is very close to the French Quarter, Canal Street shopping, the St Charles St trolley and only a 10 minute brisk walk to Cafe du Monde. The location was perfect for us - a short walk from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Also loved the restaurant downstairs for a quick, convenient meal when we didn't have time to stop elsewhere. Our hotel room was clean and nicely decorated. I read other reviews that said the rooms weren't nice, but ours was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals. The location was great also, within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to - My overall stay was awesome!!!! The staff members overall service was superb!!! They were pleasant from the time we checked in up to the moment we checked out. We were on the 12th floor and had a great view from our window! The room smelled great and was very clean and comfortable. The price was great compared to the prices downtown for hotels.
