  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

  Hotel was in great location in Seaport area. Close to convention centre. Hotel was extremely clean, breakfast included which was great.   I liked the overall modernity of the room design. I first saw the room in an image online. The room looked gorgeous! And was amazed at how, in reality, it was just as beautiful. The little kitchenette gave it a homey feel. I only stayed for three nights, but from what I experienced, the room was kept clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and ... hva folk sier » the studios were located in the middle of back bay. Perfect! - It's better than most 4 or 5 star hotels in Boston. Brand new studios with a great fit out. Although there is no room service facility but across the street was a 7/11, restaurant and dry cleaners. Location is about 4 blocks away from newbury street.
