  Very nice hotel, well presented and clean, proffessional staff, upgraded to harbour view room. Quality as expected for star rating. In a decent area, 5 mins walk from Italian quarter, short taxi from Boston South station. Our room overlooked the water & was luxuriously appointed.

  Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. They went out of their way to make the stay memorable - Friendly good service the staff went out of their way to help. Good location close to Boston Common, historic sights underground etc

  The hotel is in a great location. It must be amazing to have a room with a view of the park. Sadly, I wasn't that lucky. The room itself was spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the matress a little worn. I kept sliding to the edge of the bed. The plaid on the bed had holes in it. Flat-screen TV with ample stations. WIFI good, but not free of ... hva folk sier » charge. The bathroom looks high class (marble all the way round), but the toilet cover is hard plastic. Towels fresh and clean; great smelling bathso - We loved everything. The Taj was perfect for our stay. The staff was very helpful as well as friendly. Before we arrived we had questions about the reservations and hotel amenities, and Kenia Celestino, reservations manager, was extremely attentive. She was very prompt in answering any question we had. Amanda was our turn down attendant at night. She was just the nicest, most gracious and helpful person you could have to get you settled in at night. Housekeeping for our room, 612, was awesome.
