This hotel, though on the southern tip of Manhattan, was conveniently located near several subway stations providing access to many different lines. the call to fix it. Despite what you read on some reviews, the elevator
wasn't that slow. Plus, it is New York, learn to wait sometimes. We
had a good view of lower Manhattan and the river. The room was very

Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. what we really like is that the beds are firm because my husband has a bad back, the size of the room so we don't feel squished in like many city rooms and the closeness if the subway plus beautiful to walk along the river and sip your moring cofee

I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms.
Great location close to many subway lines. Excellent restaurant and spectacular view on the top floor

My wife and i were treated very well by the manager (Kevin) during our stay at your New York hotel. We recieved a wonderful complimentary upgrade from a basic room to a large and beautiful suite with a balcony and view. Kevin also extended my wife and i a wondwrfully delious full course meal at the hotel's rooftop resturant, all exspenses paid by the hotel. We reccommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

The neighborhood is very interesting with lots of good restaurants serving nice meals at interesting prices (Stella Maris, Il brigante, MarkJoseph steakhouse, Suteishi,...). The hotel is very good for visiting Manhattan. It is located in front of Chambers Street Subway stop, on the red line, 10 minutes from Times Square. The rooms are quite small but really well cleaned and the hotel as well.
Hotel Staff are at your disposal for any needs (i.e. we need a powerful hair dryer and we received it in 1 minute directly in room) and you will find someone to help you 24 hours/day.
