Jill and Carloss were amazing! They were so helpful with anything I needed and were very welcoming. The entrance doesn't look like a typical hotel/hostel which makes it like a hidden; it also made the place feel safer because unlike some of the other hostels and hotels in the area there weren't any scary people hanging around or staying at the place because of this feature. It's also not to far away from Market and Mission for any needed shopping, but there are tons of shops closer than that

All desk staff were extremely courteous, polite and helpful.
Room Service even folded clothes that were on the floor and laid them on the bed.
I plan to return to san Francisco next year and would more than likely stay here again.
I'd recommend it if you are after a budget hotel that you are not planning to 'live in' while you are in town. - com

Stayed 4th Dec 2013.Hotel location great, just at entrance to Chinatown and short walk to Union Square and Market Street, only there for 2 nights so good for us. Staff very helpful and let us leave our bags there after checkout until early evening until we flying out. Very clean and big bed and plenty space in the room. Shower in bathroom great pressure and nice and hot.
Would recommend for short stopover, certainly not luxury but adequate.

Svært sentral beliggenhet, grei størrelse på rommene, veldig god rengjøring, nattevakt i resepsjonen - Location was very good (but noise comes with the neighbourhood), and the room was cheap and clean. I can recommend the hotel for young singles/ groups of friends who have better things to do in SF than hang out in a hotel.
