The owner (I think) Mitch Scott was very friendly and helpful. The room with Kitchen was nicely arranged. To the beach were 5 Minutes and the center was very close. They are doing some amendments in this house (almost no noise, no dirt) and next year it will be perfect, we can highly recommend this place! -

Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon.

very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

And the plus is that the private rooms have parking space, which in Miami Beach is a HUGE plus, since it is very difficult to find places to park. There is no better place to go to if you feel like having a blast while in South Beach, Miami. The staff is awesome and is available to answer any question you might have about fun activities in the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean; the environment makes it easy to interact with other guests and meet new people. I would recommend this to any young traveler looking to party and have fun
