  We had the BEST time everything about the W Hotel was wonderful !! The staff are so lovely and the room design was great, we have 3 small children and everything was perfect. Can't wish we could go back tomorrow. - Friendly and welcoming bar staff and the restaurant was most enjoyable.   Great location, on block from union square. Comfortable rooms, and much less busy than other hotels in the area. Also, a reasonable continental breakfast in the club. - Excellent room, and very pleasant service. Good location and facilities.

  When leaving our luggage after our early morning arrival, we LOVED the fact that they let us check in to our room several hours early! They offered it to us unsolicited, which would be totally unheard of in most hotels! Loved the daily complimentary water, yoga, & 24-hr fitness room. We had a corner room which looked out to the ferry building and the street cars. Hip boutique hotel. This visit the only - was the fan constantly blowing in the room/bath. I slept in the robe for I was cold. If I turned on the heat the room would have been hot for the others. easy to walk around and pick up a cab here.
