  The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, while rather small, was clean and neat. The bathroom, while very small (I've had larger bathrooms on cruise ships), was also clean, neat and stocked with sufficient towels and basic amenities. Fortunately, the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good and served in their small rest... hva folk sier » aurant. The staff there was very friendly and cheerful. The room was not air-conditioned, but the ceiling fan was sufficent to keep the room pleasant - First time in a 'Boutique Hotel' setting, was amazing, very charming, friendly, convenient to everything, trolley directly outside hotel....restaurants, cafes, shopping, all within walking distance, or hop on trolley. Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. We will definately be back!

  The location was exceptional. You are one block from the Mark Hopkins, Fairmount and Huntington Hotel. The building is a condo that about 20 rooms have been turned into Hotel Suites so you don not have the front desk clerk or amenities of many 4 star hotels but you have a beautiful studio apartment that has stainless steel appliances, flat screen ... hva folk sier » tv, fully equpted kitchen and wifi with your own router in the room so the speed is very good. I did not miss the door man. However, you do need to co - Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, Wifi high speed. I would highly recommend this place for people that need a mid to long- term place to stay.
