I liked the art work, front desk staff, cleaning crew, location, parking lot, customer service, balcony, that it was a small but quaint hotel. I don't like crowds so the location was good, we were close enough to shops etc., but far enough from the touristy section. That it was walking distance (across the street) from the beautiful BEACH. Everything! For a budget hotel this was amazing. Fabulous staff, great breakfast, great pool....heated....and lots of character and quirky nooks and crannies. I booked on the net and crossed my fingers as to if I had made the right decision. DEFFO!!!, All of my party really enjoyed our 2 nights stay and were more than pleased. Our stroll into town was via the beach road which was spectacular in itself....great properties and off the scale gardens and vegetation . As Arnie says....I will be back

I saw some neg reviews but we needed a place to stay an opted for this one as it had FREE parking. We found this place clean an relaxing. The spa in the room was hard to step into. Most spa's are but we did use it and it was wonderful to have in the room. There is lots of good places to eat, lots of shopping and most of all lots of art galleries.

We got a really good deal (Genius booking - one day before). The location is awesome - you just have to cross over the street and you are at the beach. Many surf shops and restaurants are just down the street. The rooms are spacious and the integrated whirlpool is a nice feature (but not really necessary in my opinion). We extended our stay for one more night.

What we liked the best was our balcony with the breathtaking view of
the ocean and beach; being able to sit out there enjoying the beauty
and fresh air, drinking coffee/wine and relaxing; being so close to
the water and hearing the waves all day/night; the size of the room
was larger than most hotel rooms and recently beautifully remodeled;

We loved that they gave us a free upgrade! We had plenty of room with
two adjoining rooms. The view from our balcony was breathtaking! We used
the gym down the street which was very good. Everything was close. If
anything was wrong it was looked at promptly. The boys looking after
beach chairs even reserved 4 loungers and umbrellas for us so we
didn't have to worry about that either!
