The location is good for all parks Disney, SeaWorld, Universal and Legoland (although this is just a little further away).
The resort is great, new and wonderful facilities. Swimming pools and spas were very clean but not supervised.

The staff was absolutely great from the moment we booked with them. Everything was great with the home! The home was very clean and fully stocked. The resort was very nice as well. The home was located about 5 minutes from all of the stores and about 15 minutes from the theme parks. I would stay again. -

I spent 2 weeks in a nice 4 bedroom villa with private pool . Me and my family had a great time. We really love this resort and definitely we will come back again to this place. Honestly, It was the best vacation we had ever. I highly recommend this

1- Location: very close to attractions, restaurant and Walmart super center. Very safe with good security system.
2- Clean and well furnished: you fell like in your home. every thing you need it you can find it.

Family and I visited Bella Vida from 04/01-04/06 2013. The unit was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. It was really nice to have a place out from all the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks to come and relax after long days. The owner was always very prompt with any request that I had. Will defiantly stay here again
