  This is our second stay at Encantada and we will be staying again and again, this complex is 10 out of 10, i cant fault the place, its clean, modern, has everything you need, there is a target jut down the road for food etc and plenty of restaurants just down the road. The staff are very friendly and will help with anything they can. Except for the carpeting on the stairs needing a cleaning, the unit was pristine. The kitchen was perfect for simple meals. The hot tub was a great touch! We all loved it. The pools were heated and very clean.The area was convenient to shopping and to entertainment. Very good restaurants close by.

  We actually decided to extend our stay because we found the place extremely beautiful. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped us out with even a better room then the one we expected. Very prompt! Very clean and quiet, amazing view, equipped with golf course , pools, lakes, fountains, looks like a small community. We are definitely looking... hva folk sier » forward to returning here. - This place was great. We were in the East village and were pleasantly suprised by the tranquil atmosphere. I had read reviews about the odor of Animal Kingdom being next door - we didn't notice a thing. We used all the pools in the facility - and enjoyed them all. We will definately be back and are highly recommending this resort to others.

  Nice Facilities. We liked the variety of pools, the lake, bars to choose from. Secure enough to feel comforable, but not to restrictive. All around good location to visit local attractions.
