Located next to beautiful beaches on the south shore of Maui, these vacation apartments at Menehune Shores in Kihei feature a rooftop sun area. An on-site Indian restaurant and free Wi-Fi are available. The individually decorated apartments include a private balcony, flat-screen TV and iPod docking station. A full kitchen and laundry facilities are included. Sunbathing and picnic areas are on the rooftop and include barbeque facilities, lounge chairs and views of the ocean and up-country mountain slope. An outdoor pool, fish pond and shuffleboard court are also available. Guests can explore the reefs and a popular turtle hangout 200 yard out from the property. Monsoon India restaurant serves fine Indian food and a Sunday brunch buffet. Live music at the restaurant is scheduled each month. Maui Ocean Center is 6 miles from the Menehune Shores. Surfing Goat Dairy is 30 minutes' drive away. Kahului Airport is 20 minute' drive from the property.

It is the best location for view. You have the sound of the ocean, and a view that doesn't compare. The one bedroom condo we had was upgraded, very clean, fully equipped and comfortable in every way. It's not a hotel so there's no check-in. Be sure you know your room number before you get there. I would go back ANY time! Good view, good service from the owner, good privacy. If you want upscale hotel luxury with people crawling over you to park your car, grab your money, etc, it's not the place.
alle vurderinger » We stayed at apartment #216. It was awesome! We loved everything there. The view is just amazing and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is very clean, the furniture is beautiful and the owners really take care about it. The best trip that we have ever had! Thanks! MAHALO. What a great location with awesome views and total relaxation. the condo itself was very nice and clean. the staff was awesome. in fact we just returned home and booked another trip for February at Menehune shores!. Good location. Kihei has good geographical position to go to any place in the island. The place it´s quiet, in front of the beach with beautiful sunsets views. Loved the view! The rooftop was awesome. Location was perfect and loved the beach. Could not beat the price. I would stay there again. Great place I will be back very soon. KH was a great host and did a great job. access to ocean water and beach surrounding the property. Fully well equipped. At ocean front. Near shops. The view from the lanai was phenomenal!. The location was good as it was close to where my grandchildren live. Enjoyed having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen was a great convenience and pretty well equiped. Washer/clothes dryer in condo nice convenience. Ocean views and pool were good. Be sure the room you get has been upgraded. Some of the rooms do need work. With a nicely upgraded condo, it's the best place in town for the view. It's on the north end of Kihei but if you have a car, distance to everything is not a problem. The rrom has not air conditioner and was a little hot those days. There was a very large and loud family that were a little annoying at the pool a few days, but we put our head phones on. top step of pool stairs too deep. Needs to be changed. Safety hazard. Dead cockroach in the corner of the kitchen and a cockroach that came out of the kitchen sink. No air conditioning. My son was very uncomfortable, especially at night. Ocean breezes were good, but needed to keep entry door open slightly to keep main room comfortable.
