Additional parking may be available but it is on a first come, first serve basis. - Lock box and check-in details will be provided after the total amount has been fully paid. - Credit card payments are subject to service charges (4.2% of the total amount charged) to be deducted from the deposit during refund. - A security deposit of a minimum of USD 600 or up to 30% of the total amount is required for incidentals.
