  Sra. Mercedes who cleaned our room was very helpful. She went out of her way to assist me when she realized I could not walk. She is to be commended for her caring and professionalism.   HAd a problem because the poolwas closed for maintenance, resolved to my satisfaction with hotel staff. George was very helpful and professional. - I loved the huge room, hot tub/ indoor pool, and the staff was friendly. Free breakfast coupon was great too! Such a great deal for the price.

  The staff were really friendly, professional, helpful and always willing to assist and provide information. Chirine and Arita, and shuttle bus drivers helped me a lot with their recommendations on my daily trips and sightseeing. The shuttle bus service from/to Rockville station was regular and reliable.
