  Very spacious room 222. Were traveling with older and younger grandchildren. Did not do much at the motel except breakfast, which was good. As to questions 5 and 6, we were on our way north. Escanaba was not our destination so we don't have an opinion. - They accept pets.   Loved the couch in the room, it was so nice to have a comfortable place to sit and watch tv and the beds.....best sleep I've had forever, I'm not kidding, I even asked about the mattresses when I checked out. - This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. It was much more luxurious and accommodating than I am used to at that price point.

  The staff was outstanding. I needed a late checkout and that was no problem. They offer very reasonable prices here. Although the property is old it is well kept. The restaurant next door is really good. They serve breakfast all day. I wanted to stay another night but the hotel was full. Room was clean and comfortable. Also I left my check book in the room and the staff called me on my cell phone and told me they found. They promptly mailed it back to me. You don't find honesty like that anymore.
