  The staff was very helppful as I am disabled. Also I could not get my lap top to work and one young man sprnt a long time trying to help me. I was very pleased. The got me a cart for my luggage very fast and assisted me well. I plan to be back on the 29 of sep. - Very accommodating front desk and cleaning staff.   The hotel has been around for may years but it is in good shape. Rooms are fine. Good location, easy to get anywhere in the Twin Cities. - my husband and I loved the free cookies and bellhop service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love the location of the hotel as well.
