  The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it. Everything is only a phone call away. - Setting, room, the palace, people, amenities available. Staff was very friendly and polite. went their on our honeymoon in 2013 and we both loved it and plan to return. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway for two.

  Atmosphere, staff, proximity to BushKill Falls, Tammany Mountain, etc. Misc short ( 4 hour guided outings like fishing, hiking etc. Food on veranda was nice also. SPA. - Our room was very comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. We will return. Oh we recommend the trolley tour run from the water gap.
