  We celebrated our 25th anniversary that weekend and the staff was so accomodating, they even gave us a certificate for an appetizer with our glass of wine at the bar. They took care of our reservations at the Charthouse and Luciana's and we were treated so well by the staff and management of both places. We really felt special and enjoyed our stay... hva folk sier » as well as the food at the Laguna Cliff. We will definitely be back. P.S. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who checked us in, she w - loved my room, loved the staff, (they gave me a birthday card and 2 free glasses of champagne from the lobby, room service was nice, this is a 5 star hotel~ well worth the money the pools were very family friendly, the Spa Treatment was WONDERFUL!

  Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. A very comfortable, clean room with excellent harbour/ocean views. We booked a ocean view room but not all have harbour/ocean views. Wonderful location at the top of a cliff overlooking the harbour, with splendid wild life and colourful flora.   Location was great , room was nice, spacy, clean nice to have to separate rooms my teenager loved her own TV and privacy and so did we :-) - very friendly staff, very comfy beds, big clean bathroom, good breakfast and close to everything. What more could you ask for?

  Roof top bar with open roof, heaters and the star lit sky. I had a coffee with kahlua, cream and great conversation with friends and family. Great way to end the day. - everyone was very acommodating , especially when i asked for a late checkout.. cookies were great as always.. all staff actually seemed to enjoy working there :)
