Helpful and friendly employees. Simple but good breakfast - no issue (crowded) if you have it early. Large room, fully equipped and quiet. Excellent location: walking distance to buses, subway, good stores & restaurants, etc.

The bed is not that large.
The room was huge with huge windows and great views. Also enjoyed the kitchen and went to a market and cooked our anniversary dinner in the room.
The bathroom was very small and not real nice. Dishwasher was out of service.

The hotels staff is very nice and helpful. Although, we had a room by the street it was not loud at all. The breakfast is very nice and has a wide variety of foods.
Parking is expensive, consider using public parking.
Wireless internet was strong. Location was fantastic! Washer and dryer in room was super convenient!
Both elevators were plagued with problems during our stay. At times, both were inoperable - being on the 15th floor, after walking Chicago and carrying shopping bags was not ideal. Breakfast selection varied by day...at times it seems they ran out of food. No vending machines on property. Could buy soda and snacks at the desk, but $3 for a can of soda was ridiculous! Walgreens on the corner much better deal!

That I walked for miles and and my knee went out....THE Elevators Were broken. I had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs 3x. That sucked!
I paid more for a room with a city view and ended up in a room butted up to another building and a alley way, not in the front of the hotel that would allow me to see the city sky line.

The access to all the down town harbor amenities. Very good and varied breakfast. Good price for a down town room, though we were in Nov and probably the off season. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thanks
We washed a load of clothes, put them in the dryer and went to sleep. Woke in the morning and the clothes were still very wet, no heat in the dryer. We reported it as we checked out. Hope the next folk can dry clothes. A little inconvenience.
We want to improve the option in the breakfast. For example, add cold jam, bacon; sugar free juices, hot milk.

Breakfast room was too small. We couldn't eat in their either morning and had to catty food back to our room, maybe trays could be provided so that people who have kitchenettes can at least do this easily?

The location was excellent.Very spacious room, eye-popping view from our room. Very helpful staff.
Poor breakfast, rooms need some reconstructions or upgrading, for instance: wall socket should be fixed, carpet should be replaced, lump didn´t light up.Very small bathroom, we missed more towel holders.
A perfect hotel for a first time visitor to CHICAGO!
I loved the staff, the cleanliness (to include the best smelling hotel I have EVER been in) and overall facility. The location is wonderful. The staff were all very nice and pleasant and seem to really like their jobs. The food was very good and well presented. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was on crutches and they looked out for me and my daughter!

Gracious, friendly, and accommodating staff. The best bed ever. Room had everything I could have needed and more. Location was ideal for shopping Michigan Ave, walking to Millennium Park or the River Walk. Tour bus and tour boats are about a block or less away. Breakfast was available if you wanted.
Nothing I did not like. If a visitor wanted restaurant or bar, they could walk around the corner to Wacker or down Michigan Ave.
Me and my two young children stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. We were treated with superior customer service. We will definitely be making this hotel our go to for our annual trip. Thank you for being a part in making mine and my children's trip one we will remember forever!

The location was great and our room was very spacious - especially since we were traveling with our two teenage sons. Amanda at the front desk was so helpful and even helped us unload our car upon our arrival and take our luggage to our room.

For those who are not used to taxes on there countries- like me- you will charged for state taxes then city taxes beside the your your rental cost and , 50 dollars as insurance(then if you didnt break any thing you will be given your50 dollars back)

The location and the hotel is first class! You step out and find yourself in the heart of this fantastic city. The staff is more than helpfull and our room had a sweepig view. There is hot coffe always for the guests' pleasure and the breakfast is good as well. The wifi was fast, the elevator always worked. Altogether is a very very superb place to stay in Chicago, I can not wait to go back!

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Perfect location. Very helpful and frendly staff. Huge room with wide bathroom and everything you need: wi-fi, kitchen with all devices, including dish-washing mashine and private loundry. Also we had wonderful view on Michigan Ave. Very nice hotel!

Our room was amazing and at an incredible, unbelievable rate! The staff was indescribably helpful and courteous!!! If I ever get a chance to return to Chicago (which was the best trip I've ever been on) I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else!!! The dining area was a little small & crowded. But, when you have a building that big that would be difficult to accomadate everyone.
