The whole experience was perfect. Booked the Inn based on the reviews
which were mostly good but still had some reservations. After full day
of driving on the North Loop, we arrived at Riverwalk. I was greeted
as soon as I walked in by a friendly gentleman, who knew exactly who

We loved The Riverwalk Inn. The staff, and particularly Kate, one of the owners, went out of her way numerous times to help us with some unique needs we had coming straight from Glacier National Park. She loaned us a cooler for our perishables, help us re-freeze our blue ice and helped us with all of our needs. The Inn is in a lovely location just off the Chelan Riverwalk Park. Great staff and brilliant location to the lake and downtown Chelan. We used it as a base to explore all the wineries in the area. We first got a double room in a building without a elevator (we had a lot of heavy luggage) went back to the front desk and they gave us a single king in a much nicer room with elevator access. This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great location
if you don't want to be right downtown, but only a couple minutes
away. The rooms are lovely and roomy. The staff is very friendly.
It's a very good value for Chelan. We had a little confusion with
our reservation and the front desk agent ended up upgrading us to a
wonderful sunset suite.

From the time I checked in until I left, I was really impressed with the
staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice!!! I
was actually quite surprised.... The last time I was there was back in
