  The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area. Anywhere! There is a Samtrans stop for bus 292 right outside Hyatt which takes you to downtown sf in an hour. - The Hyatt was wonderful from... hva folk sier » the minute we arrived till the minute we left, staff was always smiling and willing to help! The pub food was great , nachos yummy! The room was very clean and we loved the free shuttle service to the bart at the airport.
