The restaurant manager not only promptly brought the missing ingredient, but brought me a complimentary dessert.   The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area. Anywhere! If we had been sleeping in the hidabed we may have been disturbed however.
