I liked the large room size with the inclusion of a good kitchen, I appreciated the free shuttle service to pick me up or drop me off, and I enjoyed the free breakfasts.

They cancelled my booking the day before I arrived -they tried my Australian mobile and I had a US sim in. They said they did not get my email from Booking,com so could not contact me.
The cutlery was plastic and plates and cups all plastic-awful. Would have liked proper cutlery and crockery.
We stayed in RM 107 and we were uncomfortable with the carpeting. It was dirty and it felt mouldy.
The beds are hard and the employees are not friendly at all or helpful, if u ask them anything its like ur bugging them and they don't have time for u.
Wireless service did not work. Wired internet service worked poorly.

Thoughtless and undertrained staff made errors with our reservation and our keys. A moldy old towel had been stuffed in the air conditioner vent of our room and created a foul smell. They made no apologies and no efforts to retain our business.
Lay out of facilities made it feel little like a seedy motel.
Room was apparently a former smoking room as stench of cigarettes was still there.
All appliances seemed to be older models in need of replacing.
