the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. Loved the effeciencies available in the room

This was a great hotel for the money that we will actually be staying at
again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and
lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby.
Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention
center, and not far from Disney.

I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less
than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an
event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable,
and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza,
or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. The manager and regional manager reached out to me.. Very kid friendly also we were able to go jet skiing, kayaking, swimming, etc.. Wonderful time to top off our vacation for the summer. -
The location close to disney and just off the strip. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Close to hi4. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.
