The hotel is quite close to the airport thus it is a good choice for a
"transit hotel". When you arrive at the Orlando Airport you
need to Terminal b to the Transportation Floor and find the free phone
kiosk and let the Hotel staff know that you arrived and need the shuttle
bus to be sent for you. It usually takes them 30-45 minutes to get you

We just needed a clean, safe place to spend a night between flights, and this fit the bill. The Chinese resturant the recommended modified a dish to accommodate my dietary restrictions and delivered 2 piping hot meal for us. The refrigerator and microwave in the room allowed us to eat the leftovers for breakfast. My Mom liked the waffle she had at the complementary continental breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport was qick and efficient.

Staff offered to keep my luggage behind reception after check out andlet me use facilities until I left in evening, with no extra charge. - The hours of operation, we only got there at 4am because of flight delays and they were still open so that was a bonus.

Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more

We came in at midnight on Xmas night and weregretted by a lovely front desk employee who promptly checked us into aroom that was enormous with a great firm bed. She suggested the publicbus to get to Disney ~ 45 minutes and $1.75. Sure beats the $17 dollarsfor a shut

the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and
lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby.

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.
