The staff member that was working the front desk was great. I think her name is Asia. She gave my kids toys to play with. Was very very helpful and really nice. The room was also great. All of the staff was friendly and welcomed us to stay with them. The ladies at the front desk offered suggestion as to places to eat and sites to see. Housekeeping made sure we had all the comforts of home. The ladies who prepared breakfast always said "good morning" with a smile. The staff asked us to come back again to stay with them. Little things like asking us to came back again makes a big difference.

The hotel and room were clean and they are updating and improving the hotel. Staff were super nice and check in was efficient. Everything was ready on my arrival. Breakfast has enough assortment to feed any family. A/C worked great. No complaints really.

We had a great suite. The staff was excellent. All were very friendly and made it their mission to see that we were comfortable. We travel to East Ridge several times a year and will definitely be going back to Holiday Inn Express!
