1-We arrived earlier than anticipated and the employee (unfortunately I did not get her name but she was great) at the front desk graciously allowed us to check in early. 2- The pool area, gym, room, etc., were very clean. 3- budget friendly for what you get. We will most definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The Hotelier gave us a gift before we left and was very courteous. The hotel is a humble older facility but very worth the stay and was close to the places in Long Beach we needed to go to. - breakfast on weekend
