  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. Keep... hva folk sier » in mind that the hotel doesn't have room service, but he went out of his way to make it all work and turn it into a special evening. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into city. God bless, Pete Chen

  staff made children feel very welcome, great little "extra's" for kids (teddy bears, snack boxes, baby soaps, etc.), great location, nice rooftop bar, food in hotel was very good - 1. Staff very courteous 2. Great facilities 3. Nice atmosphere 4. Concierge service very polite and helpful
