  Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave. Caroline Lapp and Gaby Mariano gave outstanding service. My daughter and I thank them both. They are naturals for the hospitality business, and they also work very hard to take excellent care of guests. 2.
