  The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. - bed was awesomely comfortable, breakfast in morning was good, staff was very friendly - we like this chain of hotels (choice hotels)

The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   Our daughter is at Springfield College and we have been looking for a hotel that is close and nice ! We found it in this hotel . It has been totally remodeled . Rooms are very nice, pool and lobby very nice . Breakfast was not included in price but was very good. Hopefully it stays this nice for the next 4 years of her college stay .   This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. - The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.
