  Location, price, clean, rooms fairly large, at least our's was. Large mall right across street with every thing you could possibly need. Close to all attractions but need car. - great location and excellent value. Rooms were very clean. Hotel itself is older and rundown but was surrounded by upscale areas.

  Anna, the manager, is kind & goes the extra mile! She upgraded our room without charging. Prior to arriving & checking in our second time, the nice guy at the front desk put the air conditioner on in our room so that when we arrived the room was already cool & also had the TV on. Later on when I called for some help, the nice guy at fr... hva folk sier » ont desk was at our room instantly to assist & provided the perfect solution!! Excellent location, close to the Park at 9th & Hope...great fo - Service is great. Staffs were so helpful. Good value.
