  The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk. We were offered free breakfast (which was not included in our booking and regretted that we didn't because the foo... hva folk sier » ds were superb). We had been to a lot of other luxury hotels in Dubai but we never felt so pampered. We will definitely stay in this hotel again and i - First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside.   Servicen i Royal Club var utmerket - I can say that our stay at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek was most enjoyable, The staff are very pleasent and helpful.   It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.
