  We had a 3 day stay at this gem of a hotel. Excellent service and hospitality from all staff. Very professional and your always greated with a smile. Great food buffet, clean rooms and good housekeeping staff who always work to suit your needs. Location is excellent with plenty of eateries like kfc nandoes and coffee shops, even a local grocery st... hva folk sier » ore n pharmacy just around the corner with cheap cheap prices! Metro station is only a few footsteps away and is easy to use to get around! We were al - We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. Service at the front desk and guest service was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly, and always available to help us with informations of interest places and how to get there. A big thank you to all the staff. Location is excellent, near by supermarket, luandrey, coffe shops & restaurants. Metro station is

  Staff was great mostly. Location was great because it was literally in front of the metro (and the metro is so easy to use because it only goes North and South). The pool is awesome too. The staff went out of their way to give me a room with a nice view after I requested it...put me on the 58th floor! The hotel is huge but never felt crowded. Ever... hva folk sier » ything is clean. Rooms are absolutely amazing! Included an entry way, sitting area, sleeping area, bathroom with a separate tub, a detached toilet roo - Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size.
