Meget bra beliggenhet. Store rom. God service. Bra restauranter. For dyr frokost. Generelt for dyrt hotell, men valgt pga godt tilbud. - Room was spacious, with plenty of space for extra roll-out bed. Conveniently located to Dubai Mall - our 5 year old walked there without a problem, and 3 year old rode in a pushchair. - The hotel was immaculate, the service friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable and well fitted-out. The brunch on the terrace was very good value and very good quality - 159dhs (about 30GBP) per head selection of lebanese, indian, japanese, seafood and barbecue dishes served outside overlooking the pool, with fairly decent Australian wines or Tiger beers included.

I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson
to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked
the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and
relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We
did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was

The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus.

clean all the time. Furniture is nice and almost new.

I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
