The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt.

I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a
stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out
of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service.
The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is
absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and
grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their
warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the
room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok.
The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big
umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There
is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys.

Beach and pool are very comfortable. İt is the first time of rixos and dubai visit in our life. İ must say that it is a perfect perfect excellent... İt takes some time to reach the city centre. But the city centre is crowded. Thereby, location of the hotel is suitable to relax. İt is like a heaven. We are turkish and it is turkish hotel. We are able to eat baklava and simit and menemen and kebap.. All of them are very delicious. Hotel staff makes our life in here
