First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside. Staff were very good and assisted us with the children when needed without having to ask. The apartment rooms were huge and gave the children plenty of room to move.

The hotel was beyond my expectations,in spite of some negative notes by previous guests.The tiny entrance to parking lot was not an issue and did not affect my stay.

Spacious clean rooms, good breakfast, efficient staff, good value for money. Bathroom is oddly small for such a large studio. Very nice pool area, though one pool was not available. The road in front of the hotel is little more than a dirt track running parallel to Sheik Zayed Road. The taxis drop you off at the back of the hotel and you go through a back door to the reception so the first impression is not the best. .
