Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The golf course was superb. The restaurant was excellent value for money. We put this hotel at the top of our list whilst we were travelling around Australia and Dubai. Attention to detail was second to none, even bathroom scales - which we dare not use!! We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. Service at the front desk and guest service was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly, and always available to help us with informations of interest places and how to get there. Both me and the girlfriend have stayed at the hotel for a period of 5 days and it was overall an excellent experience. Even though there was a major construction happening in the area around the hotel which also ruined the beach view, we were still happy with the pool available in the hotel and the other facilities like the bar and restaurants. The breakfast was impressive with lots of selection. And the staff was very helpful. Room was big, comfortable and very clean.
