This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special
