we came back to our room and staff had left a birthday card, chocolates

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. Service at the front desk and guest service was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly, and always available to help us with informations of interest places and how to get there. First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English.
