The location in Marina area is good and rooms seem to be just recently furnished and in good shape overall. There is also small swimming pool in the yard area. In general it was a good value for money, at least for us. Nice size apartment, good décor, good facilities, comfortable beds, free wifi, would stay again for convenient location. Don't expect any service in this place, it's not a hotel. We arrived early in the morning and did not manage to reach any people by phone during day, but anyways received the room by 15:00. Also if you have some special needs or requests there probably will be some hassle or problems. But if you expect only to have apartment with keys, then it should be ok.
