The welcome by the staff on arrival was great.the staff were efficient. The hotel is grand on entry and the room was very comfortable. Nothing. inter net is not free and coastly. Location very near to airport. restaurant. Mcdonalds and other food chains have not started delivering food to this hotel which was a shame. Night Club. Unfortunetely, there was no warm water to have a shower in the morning - the staffed quickely came to try to fix it when i phoned, but where unable to. Most people in the hotel appear to have been clubbing. This was therefore not ideal for a family. They didn't offer the free Meal instead of Breakfast in Ramadan "i.e. Sohor". location is very far to the landmarks. small room. Bad smell of old cigarette smoke in rooms and hotel. Broken Toilette. More like a three Star Hotel. The high prices f. First time I heard hotel keeping customer's passport as security. Reception staff was not polite. Staff specially seniors do not seem responsible. Staff was bad and so rude specially the manager at night and they tired to fool me by letting me cancel my reservtion from booking to get a room !! they said the room availbel now its big with diffrent price and booking price cant cover it so I need to add 220 Dhs extra or to cancel the booking and get the walk ins price !! this is very silly and they are cheating people this way !!. Internet is expensive and bathroom old low pressure of water ,, tv channel bad select. Room dinning food quantity served was very less. Housekeeping very slow not attentive. Internet is charged very high it should be free in 4 star property. Staff are greedy, special door man and the porter; bathroom was clean but still needs some attention; specially plastic mat inside the tub. Outside window balcony was dirty with dust on a floor. Blanket on the bed was very old and need to replace by new one. The room was not clean . Bathrooms door was hardly close. No tea-making facilities in room Room was not made-up every day Lack of power points for laptop / phone charger Very rude Night Manager / staff No valet service for car Only one lift in service (long wait) No room service menu / hotel info folder / stationary in room. Traffic bad to get to / from hotel. They lost my booking . The TV was not clear and lost most of the Chanel's . The shower wasn't very good. the worst hotel ever!!!.
