With the possibility of sitting in Dubai Airport for 9 hours between
flights it was logical to book into this hotel. We requested they
provide a guide to greet us as we got off our flight from Italy. Lucky
we did, as the flight arrived at a completely different terminal, and
involved a 15 minute transit via lifts, shuttle train and walking, it

I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in

everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Breakfast a la carte was excelent. Day of departure recieved breakfast in the room

Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.
