  The hotel staff where excellent and the receptionists spoke english very well and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where very comfortable and nicley decorated. The restaurant was very good, the staff was exceptional, Igor was the waiter for 4 of the days we where there and looked after us with 5 star service. The hotel has 2 parts to it, an old section and the new section, when we first checked in our room was in the old - Very nice and very professional hotel staff. Significant variety of served food enables to keep desired diet or even the contrary - eat too much :) Very private, comfortable and clean hotel. Proper wi-fi access to the internet. During entire week stay we could hear noone else even though the hotel was full. Well silenced, air condidioned rooms with comfy beds allows to feel relaxed at all times.   We had an apartment at Krakivskaya street. All was excellent. We had a late check in (at 11 pm). Vasily, the owner, stepped down when we called telephone from booking confirmation and welcomed us. Apartment is very modern and well decorated, all facilities are in place: iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, kitchenware, toaster, conditioner, two tvs (on... hva folk sier » e in kitchen, one in bedroom). What is essential - various Lviv guides and maps were at the disposal as well. The location was perfect, right in the c - Дуже вдале розташування. Апартаменти фактично знаходяться на площі Ринок. Але не турбуйтесь, якісні вікна та товсті стіни дозволяють насолоджуватися затишком оселі у будь яку пору доби. Житлового простору для двох більш ніж вдосталь. Якісне оформлення оселі надає їй величного шарму. Наступного разу оберу цю саму оселю.

  The swimming pool and gym were great. I read others reviews that said I would need Speedo type swimming pants to get into the pool. However, I went swimming twice with regular swimming shorts and no questions were asked. The hotel is changing some of its policies with regards to the pool. However, for now, children under 12 are not allowed in the ... hva folk sier » pool at all whereas those over 12 are allowed when accompanied by adults. The rooms were spacious and really nice. The bathroom had a very big walk in - This the 3rd time I have stayed in Lviv, 1st time here, its the best so far for comfort, the rooms are excellent, the gym is a real gym, I did not try the pool or sauna which were all included in the price of a suite(100 eur) Its very clean, the food was good the manager will know what I mean when she reads this! I will stay there again which I guess is the best recommendation.

  On arrival we were welcomed very warm by parking and reception staff, the young male receptionist speaking Polish informed us about every detail of our stay and replied exactly to our questions, they even opened restaurant for us despite it was very late. The other staff incl. receptionists were also very nice and helpful (no problem to book a tab... hva folk sier » le in Lviv's restaurants, call for taxi etc.). Great location ca 3-5 min. to Main Square (safe area to walk). Parking on street in front of hotel, the - A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. I will surely come back when in Lviv next time. Greetings from Kraków :-)
