  Location is very convenient. The meal in the restaurant was one of the best we have had anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speak excellent English. Our maid saw that two of us were in our room and quickly supplied a second robe and extra towels. - The staff went out of their way to accommodate whatever I needed.   I liked this hotel and had I been aware of it on previous visits to Kiev I would have stayed then. I have read a previous comment about the lift being too small. It is small but I think we only once in our weeks stay shared it with another person.
