  The staff was great, really cared about our privacy and was very kind and helpful. spoke good english. Its a littlebit hard to find the place so be focus when u coming there in order to find the hotel. the location is great, there is a trainstation 5 minutes from the hotel, and big grocery and shoping center 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The roo... hva folk sier » m was deluxe, with good facilities. basically, good hotel for cheap money. - Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; Great value for the price; very clean; Nice furniture; Shower had hot water and a radio -- a first on my budget trip; Very close to a metro station. All-round great experience. I would 100% recommend it to friends coming to Kiev.
