Everything.
Just So cottage is everything it purports to be, and then some.
Anna is simply delightful, nothing is too much trouble for her.
She has furnished the cottage to a very high standard without detracting from the fact that you are staying in a 400 year old property.
The whole place is spotlessly clean, and you feel completely relaxed and at home, as opposed to feeling that you are intruding in someone else's home.
The garden is a complete delight and bears great testament to Anna's ga. alle vurderinger »
Just So cottage was a fantastic bed and breakfast, a stunning 400 yr old cottage in the English countryside, beautiful set out in stunning gardens and hosted by the lovely Anna who is such a nice lady, she makes it a home from home. Fantastic breakfast cooked fresh and very relaxing atmosphere. My wife and i were attending a local wedding and on the day faced horrendous unseasonable weather, Anna went out of her way and found a beautiful pashmena which she loaned to my wife to help keep her war.
The cottage is away from the main road so traffic noise is not heard,
allowing for a good nights sleep. The top bathroom was a luxurious joy.
Ann happily bought a Sunday paper for me - thank you. Winslow is just
right for exploring the local area - Claydons Buckingham town,
Aylesbury, Stow, Oxford all within easy reach. Taxi service from the
market square allows travel to good restuarants outside Winslow.
Absolutey fabulous. Anna was just great and the cottage so gorgeous. Breakfast was made with good quality produce and lovingly cooked by Anna. Great location and easy to find. Would definately stay here again and would recommend it to others. Drive 15 minutes and go to the Five Elms for dinner - DEVINE!!!! Thanks Anna, great job, we loved our stay!.
Characterful cottage with friendly owner and high quality furnishings in quiet location. Everything was lovely and it was great English cottage experience. We fell in love with Anna the owner who made us tea on arrival and helped us choose a restaurant for our evening meal and even booked for us. We plan to go back in near future!!.
Anna (owner) is a genuinely lovely, warm lady and a perfect host, she made us feel very welcome and comfortable immediately!
The cottage itself is idyllic and set amongst a beautiful, well kept traditional English country garden.
Would definitely recommend and will be returning with family or friends next time.
Beautiful place to stay. The room we stayed in was superb, as was the en-suite. There was also a dining room and sitting room that guests could use and a kitchen with tea/coffee making. Anna was wonderful: friendly and helpful and makes superb breakfasts.
The 16th Century cottage brought up to modern standards in a well thought out manner. The friendly landlady who could not have been more helpful. The great English breakfast. The home made Raspberry jam to die for. A great and interesting place to stay.
Delightful hostess, Lovely conversion of v old cottage, tastefully furnished. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Lovely garden. V quiet even tho it's in centre of Winslow. An excellent centre for exploring the surrounding area Local people friendly.
The lady who ran the place was delightful. Breakfast in the morning round the dining room table was a lovely idea that made it feel like a home - we met some fascinating people and had a lovely conversation! Building and village are both beautiful.
A beautiful house, 400 years old but renovated to a high standard. Still has a lot of charme and is decorated with love.
The Lady who owns the house is a wonderfull person, very warm-harted and makes you feel absolutely welcome.
Just So Cottage was better than we could have imagined! The setting is stunning - the cottage is beautifully furnished and finished inside, and the garden is out of this world. A real credit to Anna and all her hard work!.
Beautiful cottage with serious character and history. Lovely warm welcome from Anna. Excellent breakfast. Kitchen facilities and plenty if tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits. All wonderful.
Beautiful cottage, lovely decor & touches of luxury. Very friendly welcoming owner. It was great to have use of kitchen and lounge, an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely.
Great service from Anna, cooking us brekky each morning and very well presented rooms and a great character cottage and village. She's very friendly and accommodating too.
Loved the friendly welcome from Anna, and the cottage is just lovely. Felt at home, thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away, and the shopping at Bicester Village!.
Lovely converted Tudor style farmhouse with many period details. Host is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast tasty although could be more imaginative.

Nothing!!.
Nothing.
The area has many delightful vllages and hamlets but
Winslow itself has only half a dozen attractive buildings.
Nothing.
Nothing, I would highly recommend this B&B.
It wasnt quite the right location for my purposes, certainly not the fault of the cottage, and otherwise no complaints at all!.
Everything was perfect.
Single beds are very small! And ceiling is quite low and staircase steep. We would stay again but not in top room (although claw footed bathtub is wonderful).
Nothing.
Nothing.
Nothing to dislike for a short stay.
Nothing.
The fact we could only stay for one night.
N/A.
Stairs impossible for anyone with even minor mobility problems.
Not much parking space.
Stairs very steep OK for us but not for the faint heatrted.
Nothing.
Nothing.
- walls between rooms very thin
- price not adaquate
- some technical issues (heating, toilets).
Stayed for 2 nights On returning from work on the second day I found the room not touched. The bed wasn't made and dirty towels still in the bathroom. It's a very expensive B&B and I expected at least a made up room. Very very dissapointed.
