  Very welcoming receptionist. Lights nice and bright. Most hotel rooms seem to think we all like to live in dimly lit rooms! - Good friendly staff who, although busy, were happy to help.

  The location was lovely - looking out of my room to the golf course was very peaceful. The drinks were extremely reasonable - especially the house wine which was of a good quality at a great price. Even with the minor niggles in the other section , it was a very enjoyable overnight stay and I would definitely use it again. A big thanks to the staf... hva folk sier » f who were all very nice and very helpful. - The location is great set in a country landscape which is fabulous, there is the golf course immediately outside the Tavern and a pitch and putt for the less adventurous beginner and a squash court a very good sports location. The room was very clean and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.

  Staff's assistance in allocating ground floor rooms as we are a film crew, travelling with lots of equipment! The quality, price and choice of meals in the restaurant was also very good, also the selection and price of wine. - The hotel is lovely and clean. I had a problem with my room and the receptionist very kindly sorted me a room next door ... hva folk sier » which made it easier for me to move my things. All staff, cleaners, bar staff, are all very friendly.
