  Please bear in mind that this is a guest house and not a hotel so you will not be able to have an evening meal or drink. That said it is a fantastic and friendly place to stay. I got lost going there as it is down a country track ideally tucked out of the way. The reception and friendliness was fantastic as well as the breakfast (cooked to perf... hva folk sier » ection) - The rooms were lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and were extremely well looked after by Terry and Nancy.

  Quirky room with bags of character. The couple who ran it were very pleasant. Good pub around the corner with real ales and super food. They also have accommodation, but it's better to stay at the Vines and eat at the pub. It's probably quieter and definitely cheaper. A good choice for anyone walking the Peddars Way. - Lovely little 15th. Century... hva folk sier » cottage with nooks and crannies. Breakfast was good. Very clean facilities. Location is country but it was what we chose. Local pub provides excellent lunch and dinner requirements.
