  Excellent value for money. I am a local person who booked this local innfor an anniversary meal with my wife. Staff are very freindly, Food isexcellent and rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Description onthe web is 100% accurate. Good breakfast with choice of supplementaryitems. How anyone can complain about this for less than £25 per person... hva folk sier » Ican not comprehend !!!! excellent value. - The White Horse is an excellent inn, with friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere. The food was plentiful, perfectly cooked and beautifully cooked. I'm running out of superlatives! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and don't hesitate to urge others to go there.

  This is a hidden gem. The website entry suggests it is classy, which it is, yet it also advertises on the local radio. Our room was very spacious and well appointed. The floorboards were firm but what you might expect from such an old building. Restaurant/ bar was small and relaxed. - The room was large and well appointed including a sitting room.... hva folk sier » There were different public seating areas which were comfortable and well decorated. The food, wine, restaurant and bar were very good.
